We are actively seeking a Regional Sales Manager to add to our outstanding Willis Team. After 63 years of supplying top quality CNC and conventional chip making machine tools across the Country, now is a perfect time to continue our growth, expand our footprint, and deliver even more value to our large customer base. This Manager will be the Willis concierge for one quarter of the manufacturing base in the USA and will be providing distributor and end user sales assistance and customer support for this base. Opportunities to rise from there are available for the right person.

We are always looking for qualified technicians to assist with in house machine builds and modifications, and some offsite installation and repair work. Installing optional accessories on new machines before shipment, which includes items such as CNC controls, digital readouts, power feeds, work lights, taper attachments, etc. are a large part of this job. Base salary will be determined by experience, but total compensation potential including bonuses, profit sharing, and health insurance is outstanding for the right candidate.
